Xiaomi has introduced a new smartphone in their Mi 4 series, the Xiaomi Mi 4S at an event in Beijing, China. It comes with the decent specs and slim body. The updated version of Mi 4 is priced at 1699 Yuan (USD 259 approx.) and will go on sale starting March 1st, in China. There is yet no official word on when the phone will reach the other countries. After the launch of Mi 4S, the company also announced its Mi 5 at MWC event.
Front of the Xiaomi Mi 4S features a Full HD 5-inch IPS display with a pixel density of 441ppi, and a 5-Megapixel camera with 85-degree wide angle lens and aperture of f/2.0. While the rear has a powerful 13-megapixel camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 and support for 1080p recording and 120fps slow motion video. The camera also features phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and 5P lenses.
Under the hood, the smartphone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808, a 64-bit Hexa-Core processor along with Adreno 418 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The phone is powered by the Android Marshmallow skinned with MIUI 7, and 3260mAh built-in battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0. The Xiaomi Mi 4S also has a 64GB internal storage with an option to expand the storage via MicroSD slot.
In terms of connectivity options, the Mi 4S comes with 4G LTE connectivity with VoLTE support, Dual SIM support, Wi-Fi (dual band), USB Type-C, Fingerprint sensor on the back, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and also comes with Infrared sensor.

The phone has front and rear glass panels, and measures 7.8mm in thickness and weighs 133g. The Xiaomi Mi 4S will be available in Black, Gold, Purple, and White colors.
