Vivo Electronics Corp has launched its new 4G Android smartphone dubbed the Vivo Y31L in India with a price tag of Rs. 9450. It is an Indian variant of the Vivo Y31A which was launched in China, last week. Successor to the Vivo Y31, the smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Funtouch OS 2.1 and fueled by a 220mAh battery.
The Vivo Y31L sports a 4.7-inch qHD IPS display giving it a resolution of 540 X 960 pixels, powered by a Quad-Core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB of RAM with 16GB of built-in storage. It also has a MicroSD card slot with support up to 128GB.
The device comes with an 8MP camera with LED Flash on the rear and the front has a 5MP selfie camera. It also comes pre-loaded with voice capture and palm capture. It offers Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor and Gyroscope.
The dual SIM Vivo Y31L features 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and USB OTG connectivity options. It measures 137.24 × 68.76 × 8.39mm and weighs just 133 grams.
The Rs. 9,450 smartphone will go on sale starting next month via e-commerce sites and offline stores across the country. It will be available in Black and White color variants.
