Samsung has officially announced its two new selfie-focused smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) in China. Successor to the last year’s Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7, both smartphones come in Pink, Gold and White color options and will be available to purchase in China very soon, but unfortunately there’s no information about its global release or pricing.
Both the selfie centric devices run Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and have a 13MP primary camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter with 120-degree wide-angle lens, LED flash. The smartphones come with 16GB internal memory, MicroSD card slot (up to 128GB), Dual SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, etc.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) has a 5.2-inch HD Super AMOLED display, powered by a Snapdragon 410 SoC with 1.2GHz Quad-Core 64-bit processor and Adreno 306 GPU with 2GB of RAM. It is backed by 3100mAh battery. The device measures 145.8 x 72.3 x 8.1mm and weighs in at 159 grams.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) packs a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and runs on a 3300mAh battery battery. Under the hood, it has an Exynos 7870 SoC with 1.6GHz Octa-Core processor along with 3GB RAM. The phone measures 151.7 x 76 x 7.8mm and weighs 170 grams
