Lava has launched its cheapest entry level Android smartphone, the Lava Iris Fuel F2 in its existing Fuel series. The phone already went on sale in the country exclusively on eBay.in at a price point of Rs. 4,444. Interestingly, this is the successor of the Lava Fuel F1, but the Fuel F2 it comes with less features.
The Rs. 4,444 smartphone packs a 5-inch FWVGA display, and is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz processor with 3000mAh battery. This battery is claimed to provide a talk time of up to 15.5 hours in 3G network, and standby time of up to 300 hours. The phone has a 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded by up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot.
The Lava Iris Fuel F2 runs Android Lollipop version 5.1, and is a Dual SIM smartphone with Dual Standby and 3G connectivity support. The phone sports a 5-Megapixel primary camera with single LED flash, while the front has a VGA camera. Other features include FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The Lava Iris Fuel F2 measures 142.5 x 72.5 x 10.5mm and comes in black and white color options.
